When the I’s need to be dotted and the T's crossed, Kay is the person we want on our team to focus on the details and make sure things stay on schedule. A high energy, skilled paralegal with over 25 years of in-house paralegal experience, Kay has an extensive skill set in health care and corporate law, M&A, due diligence, compliance, and research. Prior to joining Martin Ventures in 2013, Kay was a Director/Senior Paralegal with Vanguard Health Systems. Kay holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and is pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration.
